Messy Spirituality"God's annoying love for imperfect people"-this book really spoke to me on many different levels. It was down-to-earth about how we are living the christian life.

Veritus Conflict - the first book I read about spiritual warfare and I finished the book with many thoughts provoked. The imagary of demons fighting angels, angels surrounding ppl and buildings as more ppl came together to pray. It was a fascinating read.

Black, White & Red (3 books in series) - this book taught me alot about the vastness of God's love for us and His forgiveness.

There are many other books I enjoyed but the above are recent ones I've felt impacted by.

The Color Purple - A story about a woman who goes through some pretty major stuff in her life but in the end, comes out with her head up and overcomes all that is against her. Great read and an even better movie!

Roots - The book was fantastic when I first read it at the age of 10 and even better when I was an adult. The movie (original series) was good too, but liked the book better.

Where the Heart Is - Where the Heart Is puts a human face on the look-alike trailer parks and malls of America's small towns. It will make you believe in the strength of friendship, the goodness of down-to-earth people, and the healing power of love. And it will make you laugh and cry...every step of the way. Movie version was good too!
